Morris & Fils is a family-run Airedale Terrier kennel based in North Hatley, in Quebec's Eastern Townships. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what rights you can exercise, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

We do not collect any sensitive information and never ask for banking details through this site.

6. Hosting and Location of Processing
This site is hosted on a server located in Canada. Should a provider ever need to process your information outside Quebec, we would first carry out the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25.
7. Your Rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting a request already in progress.
- Deletion — request deletion of information whose purpose has been fulfilled.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Complaint — file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information if our response doesn't satisfy you.
We respond to every request within 30 days at most.
8. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to received requests is limited to the people who run the kennel. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we would notify the affected individuals as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with a revised update date.
