2. Purpose of the Site
This site presents our kennel and upcoming litters. Published information is provided for informational purposes. A puppy's availability, price and announced dates may change without notice: only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding.
3. No Online Sales
No puppy can be reserved or purchased directly through this site. Every placement requires a prior conversation, a meeting in North Hatley, and the signing of an adoption contract. No payment is processed through this site.
4. Information About the Animals
Descriptions of breed, temperament and needs are general and do not replace veterinary advice. Every dog is an individual: temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of adult behaviour, which largely depends on training and actual activity level.
5. Intellectual Property
The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
